Enrollment Procedure (TK–8)
Step 1:
Complete an Application for Admission for each child you wish to enroll.
(Download application from our website.)
Step 2:
Submit the following documents along with the application:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- First Eucharist certificate (if applicable)
- Most recent report card (grades 1–8)
- Recent test scores (ITBS, SAT, STAR, Stanford, etc.; grades 3–8)
- Health examination form (Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st grade)
Step 3:
Return the completed application and documents to the school office.
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Step 4:
Admissions Test
Admissions will contact you and let you know if there is availability. Testing is online and allows us to ensure your child is placed in the right grade.
Testing fee: $125 (collected on the testing date)
Step 5:
Admission Acceptance
You will receive an acceptance email usually within two weeks of testing. Registration paperwork will follow.
