What is the Sacred Heart School Parents Club?

All parents and guardians of Sacred Heart School and Preschool students are automatically members of the Parents Club — no membership fee required. The club offers a great way for parents to help plan fun events and fundraise to support the school.

When Are the Meetings?

The Parents Club meeting schedule is set each September and shared with the school community. Meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month, either on Zoom or in person.

  • Check the school calendar and weekly updates for exact dates.
  • Free childcare is often provided for in-person meetings.
  • Parents, grandparents, and community members are welcome!
  • Attending meetings counts toward family service hours, and students whose parents attend earn free dress days.

How Does the Parents Club Support the School?

The Parents Club’s fundraising makes a big difference, helping fund:

  • Technology upgrades
  • Enrichment/ cultural opportunities
  • Athletic equipment
  • Field trips!
